Just got sorted out on here i'm on week 6 just did the first day yesterday looking forward to tommorow last chanch of a rest between runs lol

did w6r2 yesterday - muddy and long grass and shattered -but did it looking for a smoother ride tomorrow for the 25 mins -I did celebrate the 20 min run last week by buying some posh running gear!
