W7R2, sorry Laura...

... Having completed W7R1 with Laura I decided that I'd give R2 a go with my own music. Definitely the right decision as I kept going for 40mins!!

I've got a 5K R4L on Saturday and wanted to push myself a bit to see how long I could run for and was rather chuffed (and not too puffed!) at managing to go beyond the 25mins. Felt absolutely fab afterwards, legs a tad achey but am feeling very positive at being able to run for most, if not all of the 5K on Saturday.

I'll be running to my own playlist for W7R3 but returning to Laura for W8R1 to help keep me on track. Am loving C25K!!

I don't blame you, I graduated 3 weeks ago and am going to have to sort out my own music because I just can't put up with the awful warm up music on W9 anymore! I do, however, still need Laura to spur me on! :-)

I really enjoyed putting together my playlist and it really did help so I can recommend it. I'm not abandoning Laura though, that would feel horribly disloyal - after all, I would not have got this far without her!!
