While I still havent gone for a run yet, I did go to the gym last night just to do something and it helped focus me again. Will do week 7 run 2 tonight and let you know how it goes.
Feel better about not losing ay weight, some great comments there so thanks for that. I need to focus more on actually excercising and being fit, the weight loss will come as I do more and continue to eat healthily. I know where I am heading just need to make sure I get there
