. . . wasn't as awful as feared (despite weight gain!). Re-ran W3R3, and then did a five minute jog at the end which I was really pleased about, and walked for about another twenty minutes. Will start W4R1 on Thursday - can't wait! As ever, thanks to everyone for their inspirational postings.

Well done for getting back on track, not easy after a holiday ( or weight gain ! ).

You'll be fine on your next run..... just take it slowly.....good luck :)
