Just finished w8r2 - probably the most enjoyable yet. I got up early and ran around a beautiful lake near to where we were staying for the weekend. It made a huge difference to run somewhere new and interesting - I could have gone on for longer, but did not want to push my luck. Anyway that has made me feel much for confident for my final few runs.
