Well I didn't quite manage a full days rest between runs but as R1 was very early yesterday I figured I could get away with doing R2 this afternoon... A tad naughty but I really wanted to run?!!
However as I'm progressing through the weeeks and running more I've decided I'm going to have to invest in some proper gear as my cheapy running capri's are starting to rub and have become rather uncomfortable - guess you get what you pay for!
Will be doing R3 on Sunday before starting W5 next week - I'm trying to graduate before R4L on 22 July as I'm determined to run all of it.

Good going, Rube...I found a couple pair of (leftover from my previous life) lightweight biking shorts in the back of my closet...heavier lycra....lottsa "control"....work great for running shorts, though a tad difficult to get off when I'm soaked with sweat....haven't been out to a sweatshop to actually shop yet. but possibly something to look for...?
Yeah, cycling tops are great for running, too - the pockets at the back are perfect for keys, phone, ipod, etc... Why do running tops never have pockets?
