What a horrid day. But for some reason, it made me get up and out a little earlier. Glad I did!
Set off on my 25 minute run at a steady pace, not to burn myself out, but flew to the 15 minute mark with no problem. I picked it up a little to get to 20 minutes and then dug in as hard as I could to run at my quickest for the final 5. All in all, a very positive run in which I felt I could have pushed myself more. That's what week 7 is all about though, right?!
Have a good weekend all and enjoy those runs. Even in the wind and rain!!!

Well done!
I have found I don't mind the really awful weather once I get running (as long as you are coming home to a hot shower and change of clothes!), it's just getting out and getting through the warm up walk that is hard!
