Week 5 Run 1 after too many rest days!

Just back from week 5 run 1. I was dreading this to be honest as I havent run since last Sunday. Up until now I've only had 1 maybe 2 rest days between runs but due to various work/home issues and commitments, just havent been able to get out. I had planned for yesterday morning but woke up to sideways rain and gale force winds so that didnt happen!

I set my alarm for 7am and forced myself out of bed and went great! I was almost prepared for a fail but it was good! Whoop whoop, bring on w5r2!
