What speed do you need to run at on a treadmill (it's in km/h) to achieve the 5k please

10 km/h assuming you want to do it in the 30 minute run

If you are training for a fitness test that is going to be outside it will be important for you to run outside as well on a treadmill. People on the site have commented that it is very different. Good luck.

I find running at that speed on a treadmill almost, if not completely impossible, but I have managed to do 5k in 28 minutes outside: very odd!
