Just download the podcasts onto your mp3 (often using itunes) and away you go. Good luck and welcome - this is a brilliant programme.

If you haven't done so, consider getting some proper running shoes right off - ideally from a running store that will do a gait analysis. You can head off unnecessary discomfort and possible injury that way.
