Do you mean the podcasts? They are available on iTunes if you're an Apple user (search for NHS couch to 5k), or from nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K... for other types of MP3 player or 'phone. You can also get the run instructions from here as text if you're just going to use a stopwatch or treadmill: nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
