Well did week 7 run 1 again today, very warm even at 7.30 am. Did the run no prob, surprised myself and thought after a week off it might be impossible but no probs. So thank you for all your support, run2 on Wed. Xx

Welcome back!

It always surprises me that a week off has pretty much no effect at all on ability, last time I had a week off I beat my last 5k time by 17 seconds. :-)

Maybe I should have a month off......

Well done. I had a week off and decided to go back a week to wk 6, I was amazed at how easy i found W6R1 the second time around, it was a killer the first time. I really don't think that a week off has that much effect physically its more of a mental issue (as so much of this is!).
