Help! I find reading the question and blogs on Couch to 5K more interesting than Facebook. What can I do? ;-)

Thats not at all surprising, this place is interesting, knowledgeable and motivating now you can't say that about mugbook can you?!? :P

haha, love it but if you keep popping into facebook you notice various people starting couch c25k, then i inundate them with all my (prob boring) running know how!! irresitible treat for my new holier than thou status and speaking of status, i love posting things like "just been for my run" or "just done 4.89k before breakfast"!!! face book and couch 25k can sit so nicely side by side!! xx

We know this site has really replaced Facebook when it becomes the means by which Jeremy Kyle's guest tell each other they are pregnant and is used to harass their neighbours.
