Not been there but highly recommend Alton Sport. It looks as though they might have a place in Eastleigh too...

It is a bit further to go for you but I have been really pleased with the shoes I have got there and they are extremely helpful. If you do go try and avoid Saturdays as it gets really busy!

There's an Up & Running in Chandler's Ford precinct, it's hidden round the back of the HSBC bank. They did my gait analysis & were very helpful.

Hi Muffintop, I went there after disaster advice from JJB gave me a foot injury, Sweatshop were great, I would highly recommend. Bit pricey, but worth it. I've never looked back. The Southampton branch were closest to me, and I would definitely go there again.
