I received one of those original "Buff" thingy today.(aa recommended by someone on here) it's very clever as u can make it into lots of different shapes! E.g beanie, headband, scarf etc. Has anyone got one? If so, can a I wash it? There are no instructions how to wash & as it's made out of special material I wondered if it's ok to do so.

Yeah I just chuck it in with my running kit. Wouldnt be without one! (or two!)
I have a couple of them for hill walking. Just chuck it in at 40C and it will be fine.
My wife hates it when I wear it as a pirate hat - to be fair I do look ridiculous in it but that is part of the fun!
