We're hoping Couch to 5k+ will be out at the end of this month. It was recorded last week so is in post production.
I'm due to graduate at the end of this month so that would be perfect timing! 
Is the Couch to 5K+ like a Bridge to 10K programme? also is there some way of getting a remnder when this is available?
