Raceforlife entered 8th July

Finally plucked up the courage to enter the racefor life, we do ours on the 8th July although not going to actually race it just the fun factor of entering in a big crowd and raising lots of money for a great cause, but if i get a half decent time i will happy with that too, at least i dont have to start training from the beginning as i know i can already run 5k.

Well done! Hope it goes well - I haven't quite found that courage yet, but will try to run 5K shortly, so who knows...
