Ha ha. One of the things that made me stick rigidly to this programme was that I couldnt BEAR to listen to those songs any more times than I had to lol!
I believe the songs are ones written specially for the programme so that they can be used copyright free - so you can't buy them commercially.
I too enjoy the music, mostly. There is some I don't like, and some I love. I've googled some of the lyrics, but never get any information, so I am starting to wonder if it was all written especially for Couch25k. I would like to get some of the songs, too.
