Had to limp home

Today was my second go at interval training....was not very successful :(. Did my 5 min warm up jog and 3x run fast / walk before I had to pull up & limp home...not sure what I've done but my ankle /top of my foot was very sore. Am hoping stretching, ice pack and rest over the next few days will sort that out and can get back out at the end of the week.

On a plus side I still covered 3.32km in 28 mins....better than nothing!!!!

Oh flip. Hope it settles down quickly, I wonder what it was? The intervals might need a longer warm up...? I haven't done many myself or read about them so it would be interesting to find out.

Hope it feels better soon x
