Has anyone done B210K? How does it work? Is it as good as C25K?!

it is a 6 week program. first week is 4 x 10min run with 1min break in-between. it would be wise to be comfortable running over 30mins before you take the next challenge.
podcasts are very upbeat loud music with motivational "time to run", "time to slow it down for a minute" interuptions but that is all. no butting in through the music like laura with more motivation to get you through
second week is 3x15mins & the other weeks build up to 2x30min runs, with the last week being a full 60mins.
I didnt quite make the 10k mark in this time. took me a few weeks to build up to that & 65mins running.

But also, I gather from an earlier repply to one of my threads that a new "Laura" podcast is due in May to help go beyond the 5K mark.

I'm on week 2 of the B210K plan. Its similar to C25K but I do miss the '5 minutes left' comments, there is no talking apart from the walk/run bits
It is still was better than trying to do it yourself and the music is better!
I've done the new Laura podcast and it is a half hour to get you running faster within 30 mins. I can't run 5K in 30 mins yet but I was quicker listening to the podcast. Proved I can run quicker! still dont though!!
The only thing about B210K is that they are really really long! by the time you've done the 5 min warm up, the run and the 5 min cool down it's over an hour long. I dont always have time so I find I mix between the plan and running a 30 min block
