I am on week 5 just have run 3 to do tues - I ahve noticed others refering to Laura giving advice about breathin etc and music??

Only updates I get are advising how much time left to run/walk etc - does other info come in later weeks?

Its all on the podcasts that you can down load from iTunes...music, advice etc.

You've probably got the app - that's what I started with before I found the NHS podcasts. If you look here: nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K... you can download podcasts that use the same programme (I think it's all based on the Cool Running website programme) but talk you through it all and have 'motivating' music as well as the voiceovers. Definitely worth downloading!!

Go to iTunes on your phone , then to podcasts, search for nhs couch to 5k ... & download the free podcasts. :)
