Only updates I get are advising how much time left to run/walk etc - does other info come in later weeks?

Its all on the podcasts that you can down load from iTunes...music, advice etc.
You've probably got the app - that's what I started with before I found the NHS podcasts. If you look here: nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K... you can download podcasts that use the same programme (I think it's all based on the Cool Running website programme) but talk you through it all and have 'motivating' music as well as the voiceovers. Definitely worth downloading!!
Go to iTunes on your phone , then to podcasts, search for nhs couch to 5k ... & download the free podcasts.
thanks everyone - was just using the app not the podcasts - though after reading what folk saying about the music I might not be missing much!!
i am now starting and will be using an i phone, is there a holder you can get or do you put it in your pocket/hold it
