Work Warm Up.

I plan to run tomorrow straight from work. I am going to do my warm up in my office then drive the 30 minutes to my run location. Is that warm up still going to be beneficial. Sure to the time elapsed. I will still be doing the brisk walk.

hi Baggieboy61 ..If it was me, I would do a few stretches when I get to my destination…better safe than sorry 😉

🍏 I agree with  Mummycav a few dynamic stretches before you start.. cold weather … extra warm ups for those muscles.. Enjoy the run! 🏃‍♂️
