Set out for W6R1 feeling good. First 5 minutes run and 3 minutes walk completed, Steve set me off on the 8 minute run and all was well but thought it seemed overly long, the bell hadn’t even gone. On my watch I estimated I was about 4-5 minutes in. Looked at phone and for some reason the app had stopped at 6.5 minutes to go. Felt good so decided to just restart it and finish off. Anyway, looks like the 8 minute run became 12-13 minutes, never mind, all completed and still feeling good! Tia loved it and lovely temperature for running.

🍏 oh Tia you are a sweet addition to my day!!! Glorious blue sky for your run too! SO frustrating and sometimes confusing when these apps mess about!! Fortunately you are extra fit at the moment and it was all good! Well done xx
