👋 Au revoir my running friends for a little while. I will be back as soon as my neurosurgeon gives me the go ahead and I will start from week 1 run 1 all over again! Keep persevering whether it’s running or in your personal life. You are courageous else you wouldn’t be here. Running teaches us so much about ourselves and each other. It brings many gifts … keep looking for them… keep smiling! Get the run done ✅

Well pet I will miss ☹️🥲 your chat for a while but will look forward to chatting to you with lots of lovely things to say when you safely return to us. I wish you a speedy recovery and know this Annieapple I shall take you with me on each run and walk I do until your back.

Yes, I will keep running for you Annieapple, first run for you will be at parkrun tomorrow in my bran new running shoes which I bought today for my birthday. ✔️👍🏃🏾

Today, 24th May is my 78th birthday, because of that I got a 15% reduction on anything to buy at a specialist sports shop, as I have had my blue running shoes now for 5 years I thought this was a good time to buy new running shoes, the full price of the new shoes I have which are "Brooks Men's Ghost 15 Running Shoes Peacoat" were, £135 but with a 15% reduction the cost I paid was £114.75. 😊 🏃🏾 happy belated birthday to you Annie, 21st May was the same day of my late wives birthday, sadly she died back in 2010
