I found an interesting post on Instagram this morning, our very own Laura is starting running again after the birth of her second baby. Yes, she's using the C25K podcasts, and listening to herself!

Yes, for me at least 3 times, I've lost count! Shh don't tell, I still sometimes listen to the podcasts just to hear her voice and the weird music, like an old, comfy cardi!
