😲 Wow! That is a genuine, bona fide, 100% Real McCoy progression run. Especially well done in running the last split fastest, despite 10 m uphill.I am just beginning to understand some of these running terms, thanks to help from pages like this:

According to that blog, negative splitting is the best way to execute a race, but I am still executing a 'go, followed by stop 5 km later' beginners strategy. This has given me something to work on in the months ahead. Thanks!
