Fourth time of doing it, long lay off after pneumonia then Covid…

Anyway just finished run 3 of week 5. It really is a psychological thing. Get your head straight and all good . I remember cheeky monkey run 1 of week 6 though. Go out super confident and far too fast.. lessons learned before.

So, if you are struggling, please stick with it you will get there. The feeling of accomplishment and getting fitter is no better. Great for body AND my mind

It truly is a mental test more than a physical one, given that the programme is designed for 'couch-ers' - congratulations and well done!

I couldn’t agree more i have found it such a boost to my mental health and that side is probably more important for me than the physical x I had 2 bouts of covid last year and It’s just so amazing to be able to run for these longer periods again x keep on keeping on xx
