Afternoon all! Members of the Graduates’ Club past and present will know we have a weekly challenge run to help keep us on track and keep the runs feeling fresh. This week, I thought I’d open it up to future members of the Graduates’ Club because it’s a just for fun, slightly silly one and suitable for all.
This is it….
You’ve probably been running for long enough now. You know you’ve got one. That t shirt that you’re sad is in the wash when you look for it. The leggings that have the perfect pockets. Socks that make you smile. This week’s challenge is to run wearing your favourite piece of kit. That can be clothing, footwear or maybe even tech. Your run can be whatever you want it to be. Couch to 5k runs are brilliant too. If you’re on the injury couch, you don’t even have to run. The only “rule” is that we want to see pictures!!! Maybe even some explanation about what makes your item so brilliant. That could be it’s technical performance or the memories that come with it.
If you haven’t got a favourite piece of run gear yet, your challenge is to find one. It might be the most unexpected thing. I absolutely love my plain black, boring long sleeved t shirt because it’s super comfortable and I feel like a ninja when I run in it!
