Hi I recently posted that I was going to try to put some hills into my run but thought I’d go back to week 1 to do this, I’m on week 8, I got good advice from C25K members to just do it,I completed 28mins with quite a long hill for the last 5 mins smashed it. Thanks for advise

That’s a fantastic update! Really glad you enjoyed your hill. You’ll have worked your muscles a little differently on that hill section so it’s worth taking extra time to stretch and recover with extra rest as you need.
