Just completed run 1 of week 8, I found it pretty tough and it was the closest I’ve come to stopping mid run but somehow managed to keep going. I think if it wasn’t for the hills which are unavoidable round here I would be much better, any tips at all for running hills?

Well done, hills make you stronger.
Head up, maintain cadence, shorten stride, pump arms.
If very steep, whether up or down, zig zagging can help.
Do not overstride coming down.
Thanks, I'll try all of that on Thursday. The hills are long and a gradual incline which seem to go on and on, maybe I need to be doing some strengthening exercises on my legs on the in-between days? Thank you for the advice

I have exactly the same problem - just done the same run today and could have cried going up the second to last hill as it was so tough! Thanks for asking the question I need help with too. Good luck with it all.
