Never want to sound smug, but just finished Week 6/1 and feel great as so many things just all came together today. Have been doing Yoga with Adriene (YouTube) and was able to apply her advice of "setting an intention". So today with Niko Niko running I concentrated on my front body up energy and back body energy down and having a good time. Added to this a good smattering of Martin Stepeks Mindfilness strategies and the stop start of 6/1 didn't bother me at all like it did last time round. Laughing at myself as its taken getting to age 60 before being able to apply rational thinking to something like running.

🤣I think we would all like the wisdom and hindsight we have now, to have been there earlier in our lives!! Well done 👏 Slow running, yoga & mindfulness all seem to be playing their part but at the end of the day it’s your determination to get up & go that’s brought you to 6:1 successfully. One more run with intervals! Enjoy it!! 🍏
