Time to take up the Graduate Challenge of my favourite C25K Week … for me it’s definitely 6:3 … a few warm ups and a walk & away I go down to the beach.. a few swifts flying around in the beautiful early fresh air…I breathe in deeply…. today it feels easy so I’ll take that, and enjoy the motion of my arms and legs moving in a gentle rhythm… I reflect on how wonderful the C25K program was… it has unlocked a new world, a new experience, a new fitness, a different me! Keep going everyone… you can do it too!

You are correct Annieapple, I think I know why run 3 of week 6 is your favourite run and you especially enjoy week 6, that's the week your coach says that you are officially a runner although Oldfloss says that you are a runner after completing run 1 of week 1 which is very true, it's nice to know that you particularly like week 6 run 3 which is the first of 4/25 minute runs. ✅✅ ✅ ✅ 👍🏃♂️

Good morning Annieapple. Just read your post. Such a brilliant post. So invigorating and really inspiring for all our new C25K..ers. You are so right about C25K unlocking a new world full of wonderful new experiences. I know I haven’t looked back since I graduated and have so many wonderful running experiences.
