Hello,

Looking for some advice after getting out of routine. Been on Cycling holiday- no running and not been runnning more than 15 mins for a few weeks. Did C25K and had been doing parkruns.

should I go back to C25K again?

If you completed C25K then I would take a look at the Nike Run Club App. There is a nice little set of guided runs to have you running regularly again in no time. I'd do the 4 week starter program to get a feel for the coaching the you mix and match the guided runs as you wish.

Whatever you fancy... many of us have started and repeated all or bits of C25K as a gentle comeback.. but. lots of other ideas out there too.. Such as the Nike Guided runs if you do fancy them:)
