Just want to ask do any of you do the C25K on a treadmill and is it ok. As I don't get home from work until around 5.30pm and don't want to run outside in this hot weather, or is it better to run outside

Welcome back , good to see you post again 🙂👍Yes, there are quite a few do C25k on a treadmill
Some will do it all on one , others may mix it up a bit and some may use just when the weather is bad !
I fit into the last group 🙂
If you do venture outside you will likely find it a little different.
But it's your run, your programme, do it the way that suits you .
The main thing is do it !
