☀️ Change of plan yesterday

My usual run routine of roll out of bed into gear laid out, warm up & out the door was thwarted by an early morning appointment. Usually when this happens I change my run days for that week.

However the afternoon sunshine beckoned me out, & instead of heading for the beach which I knew would be busy, I headed towards some playing fields with a bit of woodland alongside. My reward was to find clumps of snowdrops & aconites & enjoy a warmer part of the day!

A change is as good as a holiday!

That sounds like a super run and a real change...sometimes these enforced evemts mean somthing very special emerges. Finding some warmth and finding those little signs of the Spring to come, just perfect!
