week 7 1st run completed but on holiday running on the treadmill that’s certainly different

Have to as it’s too hot where I’m staying Thailand 😱

Wow! Have a fantastic time away. I’ve very envious. Well done for the holiday run and super sensible to do it on a treadmill rather than risk the heat. I did one holiday run in Greece and I was so hot and bothered walking back that random passers by were stopping me to ask if I was ok!!!
