I then get puzzled on how to carry on without me old pal Reece in my ear.
id like to run further, but think continuing on the 30 mins run for the next few months may do me some good.
Im 54, over weight and have organised my runs to every 4 days to help the joints which were falling apart after week 4, however my joints on week 9 seem pretty ok.
May start doing every 3 days after Xmas and sort the nutrition out too.
Keep going everyone and have a great Christmas and a great New Year

I read this after your other post about 10k apps! Good luck with your final run. Treat it like just another run (slow, steady, easy breathing) and plan some super celebrations for the end.
Sticking at 30 minutes max for a while is exactly the right thing to do, as is sorting out your nutrition. Im guessing most of us could eat better! Strength and flex work is always worth thinking about too to support your joints.
As for running more often, as long as you’re taking at least one rest day, you could try out three instead of four and see how it goes. Listen to your body and if you need to change it back, that’s a good move. I find it’s not always the same after every run. Sometimes I need one day. Sometimes it’s more!
Hi Baldman1 , as MissUnderstanding says, it's recommended that you consolidate after C25K before trying to increase distance or pace.
As for how to carry on without Reece (who? I assume one of the coaches, but being outside the UK, I had to use the podcasts with Laura) you don't have to. You can keep replaying W9 runs if you want, at least for a while.
