Tim’s run: Essex and London!

I was determined to run in Tim’s memory yesterday, in spite of a terrible night up with my daughter who was running a temperature, and perhaps also a glass of wine too many! It rained first thing and was pretty much dull all day but was mildish. I did my usual route and was reminded of all the times Tim’s wise words helped me and others, when I went off too fast and struggled half way round! I started and finished my run in Essex but the middle was in LB Redbridge! I’m so grateful to running and this forum for getting me through the past few years, and I shall always remember Tim’s posts, which unfailing came when a new runner posted about running for longer than that run was supposed to be!

Thinking of his family and friends,

Alison
