Tim's Run in the Cambridgeshire Fens

I didn't have the opportunity to run for Tim today, so I'm dedicating last Sunday's run to him.

I know for sure it was at a conversational pace because my sister called around halfway. The first time I've run while having a chat through the mike on my headphones.

I still often talk out loud to myself to check my effort and think of Tim's great advice each time.
