No music this time, just ran ‘in the moment’ enjoying the last of the autumn colours and being outside, and all the while thinking of those inspirational words: Keep running, keep smiling’.

Thank you Annieapple. It’s one of my favourite places to run as it’s traffic free and it changes with the seasons. An added bonus is that there’s a very nice farm cafe at the end, complete with log fire in colder weather.
