Such is Tim’s inspiration, I just got back from a lovely 2k after many weeks of not running at all. I must must must do it again on Tuesday.

Thanks for the encouragement ChannelRunner2. It is a lovely spot and today the weather was quite dry and quite warm, so all’s good!

Cheers. I’m in an unremarkable town in the north west, Dexy5 - but we are fortunate to have numerous local spots like this. It’s a joy to run round here, though I hanker after a beach front run.
