Chinksoflight over The Needles on Friday sunset just in case today's morning run was grey (it was).But it was wonderful to run none the less and I have to give you credit for that Tim, guiding me through C25K, when it was giving me back my life, my days, my now.

I'm sure if we met Tim, we would swop stories about the stupid things we had done in our lives, and agreed no man's perfect! But you are anonymous to me and known only as @IanodaTruffe and me to you as #Chinksoflight.

In your guise on HU what shone through, your chinkoflight for me was an overwhelming sense of being in touch with humanity in a quite profound way.
