Congratulations to you Purekayos on starting C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, report back here if you wish on your progress. 😊
