I didn’t manage to run 5k I made 4.33km in 32 minutes. I don’t know if that’s good or not but I’m so happy to have made it through the program. I will definitely need Laura in my ear for my next few runs!
Next goal is to reach 5 k. 🏃🏻♀️🤞🏻

Happy running
Yay!!! Congratulations 🥳 🏅 🏃♀️ Such a great achievement.
Stick at 30 minutes for a few weeks to consolidate everything you’ve achieved and then you can start building towards the 5k. That’s a great future goal to have. Enjoy what you’ve achieved now-you’re a graduate! 👩🎓
That’s flipping awesome, we’ll come and congratulations
Congratulations! Most people don't do 5km but all graduates have done 30 minutes three times. That's the only requirement.
It’s good… but the graduation is awesome! Today is Happiness Happens Day too… seems a good day to close out the plan! Congratulations, celebrate well and enjoy all your future running adventures
Congratulations just keep running 😁
Congratulations on completing C25K!
Congratulations! It's such a fab feeling, isn't it! Bask in the glory 🥳🎉
Well done! Onwards and upwards now!
Take it from me that's brilliant, it's about time not distance but I guess we're pre-disposed to always want to get somewhere faster. Until we realise maybe that's not always the point....... and there are so many variables to impact on pace. After 5 months of running I have increased pace without that as an objective, it comes with time I guess 😁
Sounds very similar to my experience, so after I graduated I consolidated for about a month, running 3 runs of 30 mins each week. Then I took the plunge of my first parkrun, which I ran/walk in about 36 minutes. After a few weeks though I was able to run all the way, such a great feeling too. 31 parkruns now and counting so good luck.
Congrats on your graduation!
Enjoy your consolidation runs (aka victory laps) 😃👍

That's fantastic! Well done on running 33mins! Don't worry about not doing 5k most of us didn't do that in 30 mins
