Hi to you too.

You might find that the C25K schedule you're following is not the one that the majority of us are following or have followed, depending on where you found it, and which app you're using. The NHS app is not available outside the UK.

The programme of the NHS Couch to 5K schedule finishes with three 30 minute runs (no distance or speed target). Some alternatives have you running 5km as your final run.

Hi ! I'm in usa but I'm downloading the nhs c25k podcasts on the nhs website. I have one more day w9r3 tomorrow for 30m run. I've been running 30m w9r1, w9r2! And yes I tried to download the app but it's not available in the usa ugh(:

I am cause I've been able to do all the runs so far. I fell like superwoman!! Didn't know I had it in me. I use to run sprints pretty fast in my school year but long runs were extremely difficult guess cause I didn't have the c25k!! haha

Hi ! :) Yes I'm doing the Couch to 5k. I sent a post to you previously about missing a day run because of my flight and you gave me advice to just adjust my day. And I appreciated your response to keep it going!! Thank you again for the support.
