Issue with volume dipping

Hi there.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm at the point where I will have to stop using the app, but I don't want to.

It's the audio prompts from the trainer.

The first two or three prompts come in and my background music volume is dipped. After that, the app just stops dipping my music volume which means I can't hear and of the trainer prompts.

I've turned the trainer prompt volume to max but, as my music isn't getting dipped anymore, the trainer is drowned out.

This happens every run.

Has anyone experienced and resolved anything similar. I'm on a Galaxy S10 (android).

Many thanks

Welcome to the forum

Some people have had success by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it is notoriously flakey. The old school podcasts are linked to in the guide to the plan which is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
