So I’m starting feel like a runner … pinching myself 😂. Surely that can’t have happened in just 8 weeks. This programme really works and I’m loving every minute. As a complete beginner to now running 28 mins, I’m so excited for next week to achieve my goal of completing the C25K. Saturday morning habits now start with Park Run ( still a bit of walking but now mostly running), followed by a cuppa and the rest of the weekend to feel proud of the achievement. Anyone else feeling excited for their final week of C25K?

Congratulations on all your achievement and hard work!! My next run is week 8 run 1. I can totally identify with you. I’m not inactive but week 1 absolutely killed me - running was HARD! Never in a million years did I think I would be running AND enjoying it. I really look forward to my runs now. I did my 1st ever parkrun at the weekend and I agree- it’s a great way to start the weekend.. This programme is amazing! Good luck with week 9 and all your future runs. You got this!!
