Has anyone got a portable treadmill that they use at home?
I have been thinking about getting one and just wondered which one you would recommend?

I'm also interested in the answers you get for this! I've done a bit of a Google search, looking for advice and general tips, I've also found a couple of running sites giving their comparisons and suggestions based on different criteria too as a staring point.
The better ones are pretty large but many do fold to some degree when not in use, which will be helpful for me at least.
I'm wondering whether to go the extra and purchase one that connects to Kinomap!
This really depends on a number of things! What do you want from it ?
How much room you have ?
What is your budget?
If you think about what you want from it , like how often will you use it ?
Occasionally, all the time , when the weather is bad only ?
To keep you ticking over or for serious training plans ?
All this will probably influence your decision.
Are you limited for space ?
Decent quality fixed treadmills are neither small or light or are you looking for a folding one ?
Then the big one !
Budget!
You can pay eye watering money for a treadmill that has all the bells and whistles , but only YOU know if you want that or not .
Do you want one with an incline ?
If so, manual or automatic ?
Automatic incline machines will be a lot heavier as the have a seperate motor for incline control , and so it goes on ........ And on .......and on
I have recently bought myself one for Occaisional running .
As I prefer to run outside when I can .
I am not recommending it as it's purely a personal choice and I spent a lot of time considering my requirements.
But these are MY requirements, NOT yours .
All I will say is it a folding machine with a manual incline and several preset programs that I will probably not use !
But it fits comfortably in a bedroom and great for when the weather is bad .
Happy hunting 😁
