Afternoon,

I’m looking to get a treadmill for when the dark nights start. What one would anyone recommend...... one that hopefully won’t break the bank. Thanks

PowerHouse Fitness is a very good website for all things fitness. I purchased my BodyMax T60 treadmill especially to do C25K and I love it. It was £499 (now £420) so not cheap by any stretch but when u consider I have been on it 3 x a week for 4 months religiously its not bad. And it folds up! I had mine on pay nothing for 12 months then 0% for 3 years after but my intention is to pay for it soon lol (she says). Have a look as they are very sturdy and very professional gym like and they run online discounts very often. Good luck xx

Hi, just wanted to ask, if you have had any issue with your treadmill, I am looking to purchase either this one or the Reebok 100 jet? Thanks

I bought a secondhand one last winter. I hate running on it but it has been really useful - both for avoiding cold and dark but also for recuperating from a hip injury. I paid £115, a lot less than new. It's a Reebok machine which is really solid and sturdy, with a big deck. I'd never run on a treadmill before and now realise that going for a big solid machine was the best choice by far. It takes up too much room and is a beast to move, but, despite all the marketing stuff I'm convinced anything smaller would have cramped my running and probably caused more injuries not to mention being even more unpleasant than any treadmill already is! Good luck, but in the meantime make the most of running outside 😀

Morning, for those of you that showed an interest in this post I thought you might like to know I purchase a treadmill yesterday. I got the Reebok 100 jet from sports direct, it was £380 but with the 20% discount they have on brought it down to £304 but £5 postage so was really pleased. Sports direct have got 20% off at the moment if ordered through their app.

I spent all day yesterday researching and double checking and decided on the Reebok jet 100 because of all the reviews.

I’m hoping I’ve made the right choice, can’t wait to get it now, wish me luck!!

Hi Kelly, I am looking to purchase either this Reebok one of the T60 bodymax.

How have you found your Reebok treadmill? Thanks

Hi Ewinton,

I’ll be honest when I bought it I used it for a few months. It then got cold outside ( as it was in my garage). And I stopped using it.

I have since brought it inside and been using it again.

I find it very easy to use. It’s responsive in its programs the inclines are extremely useful. I can only speak for this model.

I have recently found out that there are two Reebok Jet 100. The BT one has blue tooth that can be connected to the Reebok app. Unfortunately the one I have doesn’t have Bluetooth.

I hope this helps. Good luck in your decision. I’d be interested to know how you get on.
