I managed to complete run three of week four today. This week has gone reasonably well. I found the last 5 minute section was a bit harder today, probably because I was going uphill for most of it, on the way home.
I am trying to mix in a few uphill sections here and there. The pace drops off but that does not really matter. I am hoping it will pay dividends in the long run.
It is also noticeable that it easier to maintain a faster walking pace now, between the running intervals. I guess this means that something is improving!
